Patient Formula Templates

Go to Admin > Patients > Open Patient Profile >  Formula Templates

A practitioner can create a formula and tag a patient to it, and not actually order it. This section will list any formula created for the patient but these are not ordered formulas.   To view a list of ordered formulas, go to the patient order history tab and select the “formulas” tab to see the formulas that were actually ordered for the patient. 

Formula Name
The name of the formula

Weight/Volume
Total weight or volume of the formula

Type
Lists the herb type, either raw/bulk, granule, tinctures or concentrates

Last Edit Date –
The last instance the formula was edited

Action Options

1. View – click to view the formula details
2. Edit – Click to edit the formula
3. Copy – Click to create another instance of the formula, which can be edited
4. Order – Add the formula to your admin shopping cart
