Go to Admin > Settings > Ingredients > Ingredient Types

Then Edit any Ingredient Type and click on “Ratio”

This article explains a specific tab of settings related to an Ingredient Type.

If the Ingredient Type requires the ingredients to have a Ratio, turn this setting to On.

You can then set a default Ratio, which will be automatically applied to any ingredient added using this ingredient type.
