What are Fulfillment Settings?
The fulfillment settings allow you to control the data columns you see when you are preparing or “fulfilling” an order. This includes the order the ingredients appear.
Settings Per Dosage
Each dosage mode enabled in your formula builder will have their own unique fulfillment settings. Click on the Tabs below to view and edit the fulfillment settings per dosage mode.
Fulfillment Settings

Order of Ingredients
Sort Ingredients by the Ingredient Name, Ingredient Quantity or SKU#
Ingredient Name – Order from A to Z, Z to A or exactly how it was entered into the formula builder
Choose which ingredient name type the system will use to order from A to Z or Z to A.
If ordering by Quantity, you can choose highest to Lowest or Lowest to Highest Quantity
If ordering by Quantity you need to choose which quantity field to use; Raw Qty, Enter Qty, Total Quantity or Converted Quantity
What is Converted Quantity?
An ingredient type has one default measurement type that is used to track your inventory (the quantity you have of each ingredient)
If a measurement type is used that differs from the measurement type you use to track inventory, then we convert the value from the secondary measurement type to the default measurement type. This value is shown as the converted quantity.
Example: User is building a tincture formula in fluid ounces, but you keep your inventory tracked in ml. We will use the conversion from fluid ounces to milliliters to determine the converted quantity in ml.
Three Stage Conversion System
There are 3 areas where we can store a conversion from one measurement type to another measurement type.
- Global Conversions
There are global measurement conversions located at Admin > Settings > Ingredient Settings > Measurement Conversions - Ingredient Type Specific Conversion Settings
Each Ingredient Type can have its own measurement conversion settings. This is located at Admin > Settings > Ingredient Settings > Configure Ingredient Type > Measurement Tab - Ingredient Specific Conversion Settings
Each single or premix ingredient can have its own conversion settings. To Modify, go to Admin > Ingredients > Search for Ingredient > Edit Ingredient > Measurements Tab
