If you visit your patient website links and they are not working, it could mean that the patient website is not enabled on your account/subscription. You can add it to your subscription by going to Admin > Settings > Manage Add-Ons. Choose Patient Portal from the list and add it to your subscription.
Turn On Patient Website
The Patient website may be turned OFF in your dispensary settings. You can easily turn it on by going to Admin > Settings > Patient Website Settings. You can then toggle the ON/OFF button to your desired setting.
