Formula Review

After a user creates a formula, it sends them a review page where they can see a snapshot of the formula.  These settings let you do the following. 

1.  Force Users to Review their formula
This turn the review page ON or OFF.   The formula is not automatically added to the Cart, the user must click on a button to add the formula to their shopping cart. 

2. Force users to Verify their Formula
This forces a user to click on a checkbox, and verify that they have reviewed the formula.  The user will not be able to add their formula to the cart unless this option is checked.  Once checked, the Add to Cart option appears.
