Dosages

Go to Admin > Settings > Formula Settings > Edit a Formula Builder > Dosages

Types of Dosage Modes

There are 3 different types of dosage modes available for every formula builder. 

  1.  Exact Quantity
  2. Per Day or Daily Dose
  3. Per Container
You have to enable at least one dosage mode, but you can enable all of them if you want.   The dosage mode determines how the formula ingredients and amounts are calculated or determined.   There are specific calculation options for each dosage mode. 

Exact Quantity

Each ingredient in the formula can have a specific value entered. The total quantity of the formula can be adjusted to any desired amount or set to a specific value defined by the admin. When this adjustment is made, the quantities of all ingredients are proportionally increased or decreased, ensuring their percentage ratios remain the same.

Per Day Dose Mode

A dosage or value entered for each ingredient is multiplied by the number of days specified for the formula.

Per Container

A dosage or value entered for each ingredient is multiplied by the number of containers specified for the formula.  A container can be a bottle, Jar, Bag etc.
