Nothing in these Website Terms is intended to replace, modify, or supplement the terms governing your use of the SaaS Platform unless expressly stated in those separate SaaS Terms and Conditions.

The Website is operated by 1591660 Ontario Corp., doing business as Dispensary Tree (“Dispensary Tree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Dispensary Tree arising out of or relating to your use of the Website will not exceed CAD $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

If you become a customer or authorized user of the SaaS Platform, you will be required to agree to the separate SaaS Terms and Conditions before or as part of obtaining access to the applicable services.
In the event that these Website Terms and the SaaS Terms and Conditions apply to the same activity, the SaaS Terms and Conditions will govern your use of the SaaS Platform.
The existence of these Website Terms does not constitute an agreement to provide SaaS services, create a customer account, or establish a subscription or other commercial relationship with Dispensary Tree.
Section 22Governing Law, Severability, and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws, the courts located in Ontario, Canada will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
