Saved Formulas

Go to Practitioner Account > My Formulas

Every Formula you create is saved in this section. It may be called “Saved Formulas” or “My Formulas” or just “Formulas”
Any formula you create can be edited again or copied. This is where ALL your formulas live. There are other places you can access formulas such as the Order History or inside the Patient Profile. The following page describes what you can do on this page and how you can manage it.

Formula Actions

Delete
This will move your formulas to the deleted tab. If you are reading this then the formula doesn’t actually get fully deleted, just moved. Expect and update where we will change this and the formula will be completely deleted.

View
View the formula on a formula review page, to see all the details of the formula.

Copy
Copy the formula exactly in a new formula. It will add the words (copy) to the end of the name of the formula. You can update this after the formula is loaded into the Formula Builder.

Edit
Editing a formula will load in the formula builder, the exact way that you saved it. If you edit a formula and make changes to it, the changes will be saved, and the formula will be different.

Formula Tabs

There are several tabs on this page which show you different information.

My Formulas
This is the main page with all your active and saved formulas

Re-Ordered Formulas
Any formula that you re-order will be shown here and will end up here if you actually place it in a submitted order.

Favorite Formulas
If you mark a formula as a favorite, it will appear in this tab. To mark a formula as a favorite, just click on the red heart next to each formula name.

Deleted Formulas
Any formula you delete will be shown here.

My Shared Formulas
If the dispensary has enabled it, practitioners will be able to share their formulas with other practitioners. If this is turned on this tab will show you formulas which have been shared by Other Practitioners.

Shared Formulas
If the dispensary has enabled it, practitioners will be able to share their formulas with other practitioners. If this is turned on this tab will show you formulas which YOU have shared with other practitioners. You can change the permission to share or not share formulas.

Permission

Formulas can be marked as private or shared. If you share a formula it will show in your “Shared Formulas” tab. To change the status, you can use the drop down to mark it as Shared or Private. No patient information will be shared to other practitioners, only the formula information.

Formula Search

You can search for formulas by Name using the search box. Other search filters include

Formula Type
Search for a specific formula type such as Raw or Granules.

Created By
If you are part of a practice with many practitioners sharing formulas, you can search for the practitioner who created the formula initially.

Date Range
Search for formulas created within a certain date range.
