Viewing a list of patients allows practitioners or clinic staff to quickly access and manage patient information, such as formula, product and order history.  This centralized view also supports better organization and coordination of care. To Learn how to Add a Patient, Click Here

View Patient Profile

To view a list of your patients, click on the patient list option in the left navigation.  

Each patient has their own profile where you can view and manage the following.  

  1.  Formula History
  2. Product History
  3. Order History
  4. Patient Addresses
  5. Refills

The Order History is split into 3 tabs;

  • Formulas
  • Products
  • Orders

Order History

An order history is a record of all the past purchases for a patient

It typically includes:

  • Order date – when the order was placed

  • Order number or ID – a unique identifier for each order

  • Items purchased – names, quantities, and details of the products or services

  • Prices – cost of each item and total amount paid

  • Payment method – how the customer paid (e.g. credit card)

  • Order status – such as delivered, shipped, processing, or cancelled

  • Shipping details – delivery address and tracking info if available

Customers can use their order history to track deliveries, reorder items, or refer to past purchases. Businesses use it to provide support, handle returns, and analyze purchasing patterns.
