How to Login

Go to the Login Page for the practitioner account.

Enter your username and password.

Practitioners username are always their registered email address.

Forgot Password?

Go to the Login Page for the practitioner account.

Click on “Forgot Password”

Enter your email address

An email will be sent to you to reset your password. Make sure you check the Junk Mailbox, or any “other folders” in gmail or hotmail if it applies.

Change Username

The only way to change your username is by contacting your dispensary and asking them to manually update your email address for your account profile. Then you can login with your new username (email) and the same password.
