Manage Credits

Credits are earned when you markup orders.   Once the order has been marked as “completed” any markup amounts are posted to your account and your credit balance will increase.  

Credit Balance

In a practitioner’s account, a credit balance means the account has more money available than is owed. The Credit Balance shows you the total amount owing to a practitioner.  A practitioner can use this amount to pay for future orders, or request the funds be sent to them.  

Balance Request

Requesting Your Credit Balance

If you have a credit balance and would like it sent to you:

  1. Go to the Credit Balance Request page in your practitioner portal which is located on the Payment Settings page.

  2. Enter the amount you’d like (up to your available balance).

  3. Click Submit.

Your request will be sent to the Dispensary Admin.  Processing times may vary for each dispensary.  

Markup / Credit Transactions

You can view a complete history of your credit balance in your practitioner portal. Each transaction shows when credits were added (e.g., from markups earned) and when credits were used (e.g., applied to orders). This running total updates automatically with every order or credit change.

Your Credit Cards

Practitioners can securely save credit cards in their account, making it quick and easy to pay for future orders without re-entering payment details each time.  This section lets you Add new Credit Card, remove Existing credit cards.
