Create a Patient

A form will appear that you need to fill out.   The only mandatory fields are 

First Name
Last Name
Phone*

Phone number may or may not be mandatory depending if the dispensary admin is requiring it.  We highly recommend adding both Phone Number and Email address as the system uses this information to contact patients for updates to their orders and to initiate payments.  

Patient Account
If the patient account is active on the Dispensary, an option to email the patient to register for the patient account will be toggled to ON or OFF.   You can make it default to either one, by heading to the Patient Settings. 
 

Shipping Address
If you plan to ship your order to your patient, you should enter a shipping address.   You can add multiple shipping addresses per patient in the patient profile after you create the patient.
