Order History

An order history is a record of all the past purchases for a practitioner.

1.  Order Status
View the Order Status of an order to see if it has been completed, or determine what stage of the fulfillment process it is currently in.  

2.   Cancel Order
Easily cancel an order if you made a mistake.  Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been fulfilled and/or shipped.  

3.  View Label
View the Label of any custom formula in the order

4.  View Infosheet
View the Infosheet for any custom formula or product in the order.  

5.  Re-Order
Easily re-order an item from the order

6. View Pricing Information
View the pricing breakdown of the order, including prices for items in the order, taxes, markup, shipping, fees etc.  

7.  View Payment Link
If a patient is paying, you can view and copy the payment link if the patient is having problems receiving the notifications.  

8. Refill Information
View refill information and order refills

9. Shipping Tracking Information
View shipping tracking information and shipment scans to see if your order is in transit or has been delivered.  

10. View Formula
View the formulas in your order and all the details pertaining to the formula
