Automatic Discounts

An automatic discount can be applied to an order for custom formulas and products, without the use of a discount code. Automatic Discounts must be turned ON for you to enable this feature.

Global Automatic Discounts

These discounts will be applied to every practitioner in your dispensary. To enable an automatic discount, go to Admin > Discounts and click on the Automatic Discounts Tab.

There are two tabs, Product Discounts and Custom Formula Discounts. You can create more than one automatic discount.

Automatic Product Discounts

Click on “Add Product Discount”

Enter the discount amount you want, as a percentage or fixed/flat amount

Select the products you want to apply this discount towards or select All Products.

Press Save.

Automatic Formula Discounts

Click on Add Custom Formula Discount

Enter the amount and choose

Enter the discount amount you want, as a percentage or fixed/flat amount

Select the herb types you want to apply this discount towards

If you want a discount on more than one herb type, setup an automatic custom formula discount for each herb type.

Press Save.
